We are proud to support Strategic Action for a Just Economy (SAJE). For 30 years, SAJE and its team of grass roots organizer have been fighting for the rights of tenants in Los Angeles. Day in and day out, the folks at SAJE organize, advocate, and assist Angelenos to fight for tenant rights, healthy housing, and equitable development. SAJE has lead the fight to force the City of Los Angeles to guarantee tenants the right to counsel in response to landlord evictions, it advocated for a change in the laws which require landlords to demonstrate "just cause" to evict, cap rent hikes, and provide families with seniors and disabled in need with stipends up to $10,000 per family. SAJE is a powerhouse and we were thrilled to support SAJE in connection with its 30-year anniversary celebration held April 16, 2026.
